Breakfast souffle – quick and healthy balanced meal

My mother suggested adding an egg to my oatmeal for protein and I thought she was nuts. Nope, she’s just smart like that.

Breakfast Souffle Recipe:

  • 1 instant package of oatmeal (plain or flavoured)
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 egg

Mix together in a bowl and microwave until egg is cooked – about 1.5 to 2 mins.

That’s it! You get a fluffy oatmeal souffle that’s delicious and good for you. Thanks mom 🙂
